Phoebe utilizes a personalized and collaborative approach with every client using Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Generative Somatics & Somatic Experiencing or Nervous System based practices as well as Schema work, Dialectic & Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.

In addition to 45/60 minute therapy sessions, I also offer intensives. These intensives" are simply extended sessions utilizing EMDR, Brainspotting, or Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. More on this here.

Note: Insurance coverage varies, but only valid for up to 60 minutes per day.

Insurance companies require diagnosis at time of intake and are legally free to audit client records, which include diagnostic and treatment info as well as any electronic notes for sessions covered by insurance. Clients are welcome to opt-out of insurance at anytime; insurance

Post Traumatic Growth Coaching

No insurance coverage for coaching

Post traumatic growth coaching is for those who have a history of trauma, but have completed trauma therapy and/or have mental health needs managed. These clients just need an "anchor" to hold space in building "self-leadership" (self-discovery, self-love & self-efficacy) to better cope with stress of the present day with a "here & now" or future orientation.
